MRB Property Sharehouse Managers is providing Shared House accommodation management services since 2017 to landlords across all suburbs of Melbourne. As an independently owned and specialized in rooming houses and co-living accommodations, we are successful because we have developed a smart shared accommodation management system and our transparent approach to all facets of our business. We are specialized in managing Shared houses, flatmates and provide all level House Manager Services; furnishing properties and setting up utilities. Our team members have diverse local and international cultural backgrounds with shared accommodation management experiences and regularly attend numerous specialist training sessions in all aspects of rooming houses. It is essential to our company operational protocols that all team members are up to date on the current legislative rulings.

Assist Property Landlord to Set-up New Shared Accommodation
MRB offer specialized services to set up new rooming or share house. We will prepare a proposal report to suggest your rental return from the investment. We assist landlords to setup utilities and furnish their properties for shared accommodation purpose.

Advertisement & Open Room Inspection
Our rule to advertise and organize rooms inspection “present the room in a best form, offer competitive prices, respond to tenants query and show the room as soon as possible” rent out room quick and efficient to minimize the vacancy and landlord loss.
Tenancy Application and Tenant Background Check
We collect electronically important information of tenant and verify all information like previous tenancy information from landlord or property agent. We recommend only decent and respectful tenants to landlord for approval.
Signing Lease Agreement and RTBA Bond Lodgement
To facilitate process, we use electronic methods to facilitate landlord and tenant for signing agreement. We process rental bonds to RTBA electronically. Shared accommodation need regular new tenancy agreements.
Rent Collection & Financial Reporting
We collect rent from all shared house tenants and transfer to landlord monthly. We also provide annual financial reports for tax purposes. We collect rent on the behalf of landlord in our trust account and then transfer to landlord monthly.
Share House Management
From our experience of managing shared accommodations, we have established a unique and efficient methods of managing shared houses. We have created house rules for all shared areas and house.
Repair & Maintenance Work
We use smart technologies to get competitive prices for house repair work. Additionally we have a network of known and trusted Handyman, Plumbers, Electricians to organise any repair work as soon as possible.
Routine Property Inspection

Portals for Rental Providers and Renters
We do quarterly routine inspection of the property and provide a report to landlord including photos outlining any issues and maintenance concerns. We also make a brief condition report of the property for landlord.
