ShareHouseManagers was created to address a specific issue: most traditional property management agencies use single-household processes for share houses, and these simply do not work.
Share houses require room-by-room leasing, individual tenant screening, shared-space standards, housemate compatibility assessment, and a thorough understanding of Victorian rooming house legislation.
